More about Ed:
Ed has experienced all aspects of the fitness industry. He began as a trainer at a CrossFit affiliate, then transitioned to the CrossFit Headquarters Seminar Team. From there, he became a business owner of his own CrossFit gym.
Currently, Ed serves as the Pacific Regional Director for CrossFit Headquarters, where he supports the growth of CrossFit in over 30 countries. Additionally, Ed has worked in various media roles over the years, providing commentary for both live and online events.
