More about Lily:

Lily has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She has many years experience on the gym floor, coaching in large and small CrossFit boxes and in her own CrossFit affiliate which she managed for over 10 years.

Lily has been a member of the CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff team since 2011 where she delivers the CrossFit L1 and L2 seminars to prospective and developing coaches. In recent years Lily has taken on a leadership role within CrossFit HQ, working on the Affiliate Team to support the Australian CrossFit community as Country Manager.
