Arriving to, and transport in Berlin
By airplane to Berlin Brandenburg Airport – BER
There are several ways to get from the airport to the hotel where the event will take place:
- Take the airport express train – FEX. Read more here.
- S-Bahn: From the Westhafen S-Bahn station, take the Ringbahn to Ostkreuz and change to the regional train in the direction of the airport.
- Taxi – Approximately 40 mins and 80 euros.

The event will be located in this fantastic hotel that is conveniently located within a few hundred meters of both the U-bahn and S-bahn. The congress and all meals will be served here.

Lunch - Saturday & Sunday
Lunch is included in the event ticket. A buffet will be served inside of the event hall at the venue. Special diets can be catered to if we are given prior notice of 14 days.
Dinner - Saturday night
Our famous Coaches Congress Dinner will take place at 19:30 on Saturday in the MOA EAT Restaurant at the venue.
This yearly event is always extremely popular and is NOT included in the entrance fee, so book your seat together with your entrance ticket!
