Along with being a serial entrepreneur, public speaker, and business consultant, JP owns and operates BRICK CrossFit. Established in West Hollywood, LA. in 2009. Applying replicable, scalable, and proven business methods, JP was able to grow BRICK CrossFit locations and licensed partners all across the globe all while establishing the main BRICK location in Los Angeles as one of the most successful CrossFit gyms in the world.
JP got his start in membership-driven businesses over 25 years ago after a decorated fight career and early success in entrepreneurship with startup companies. JP transferred his extensive athletic experiences and a keen eye for product needs and branding into a multitude of national and global consumer goods businesses. After an extensive career in the consumer marketplace, JP opened his first chain of membership-based locations. He quickly grew into one of the youngest multiple-martial arts school location owners in the U.S.
Due to his success in building strong communities, structured operations, and winning teams. JP continues on his never-ending quest for excellence while searching for new opportunities to expand his reach of impacting the CrossFit affiliate community. JP is on the CrossFit Sr. leadership team and spends the majority of his time researching and developing means in which to assist the affiliates. JP’s direct focus is on products that drive sustainability, scalability, and revenue to arm our affiliate owners with the tools needed to better succeed.
