All order of tickets are conducted via Coaches Congress Berlin.

When conducting a payment following agreements and conditions are valid. Other contractual terms are not valid.

The usual court for any disputes are to be held in Berlin, Germany.

Ordering process

Each order will be made when customer has completed his order.

After processing the payment Coaches Congress has the right to annulate and refund the purchase without any given reason.

The customer will receive a receipt after completed order to the email account given at the time of purchase. 

Payment methods

All payments are processed via our payment merchant Stripe. For more information of Stripes conditions for credit card payments please visit stripe.com. The processing of your order requires full payment.

Prices and sales tax

All prices of Coaches Congress Berlin are displayed in Euro excluding VAT of 19% according to German Tax Law. VAT will be added automatically in your cart.

Right of withdrawal

Private customers have the right to revoke this contract within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons, corporations (UG, GMbh, LLC, Ltd. SL etc), institutions are excluded.

The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party you designate who is not the carrier who has or has possessed the goods.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this agreement by means of a clear statement in an email to: info@coachescongress.com

In order to keep the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund you all the payments we have received from you, excluding the cost of processing payment from third party Stripe, within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract has been received by us. For such refund, we will use the same means of payment that you have used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In no case will you be charged for these repayment fees.

Data protection

We store the information you provide when you place an order, namely name, email address, delivery address and invoice address, to process your order.

You also agree that Coaches Congress will process your name and e-mail address to provide you with information about products, in particular about special offers within the scope of special campaigns or by means of a newsletter.

This consent can be revoked at any time via a written withdrawal to the address [see above].

Coaches Congress does not make your personal data available to third parties.

Force majeure

If, due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control, we are prevented from fulfilling the obligations arising from a purchase contract, we are exempted from our obligations to the extent of such hindrance.
