As a leader, you need to be aware of what emotions your team members are going to go through as you initiate change.
Don´t just think that you are “surrounded by idiots” if they are resisting change, there are lots of reasons for resistance and some of them might actually be helpful for the team.
Entrepreneurs are often quick on accepting change, it comes with their personality 😅
Employees are often slower on accepting change, it comes with THEIR personality 😅
You help your team transition through change by listening better. Active listening is the key to better coaching.
Be patient but relentless and you will help your team grow 😎
