From M25, exit at J12 onto M3. This becomes the A316, and Allianz Stadium, Twickenham is off the Whitton Road roundabout next to the Lexus / Toyota car dealership. From London, turn right off the A316 at Whitton Road roundabout.

A. Controlled parking is generally available on non-match days in either the West car park (accessed via the main gate entrance on Rugby Road, TW1 1DZ, for sat nav) or in the North car park (accessed via the gate 3 on Whitton Dene, TW3 2JS, for sat nav).
A. Lunch is included for the Saturday and Sunday of the event for anyone that buys an event ticket.
The Saturday night dinner ticket is available for purchase alongside the event ticket.

A. If you are not staying at the hotel, or a nearby hotel, you can pay to enter the Wellness Area at the Radisson. There you will find a gym, pool and showers.
A. There are no lockers, but there is a cloakroom where bags, suitcases, backpacks, and jackets can be stored.
The cloakroom will not be supervised at all times, so keeping your belongings there is at your own risk.

As well, come prepared to do your workouts, as each gym floor workshop is hands on. Although there are no showers avaiable in the venue, a towel to clean yourself with is advised.

The venue has an elevator and escalator to access the second floor, and the main venue area is on one level on the ground floor with wide doors, and each floor offers handicap friendly bathrooms.

A. Event check-in will begin from 7:30 to 08:50 on Saturday, October 3rd.
Check-in will continue after the welcome meeting that starts at 09:00 and ends at 09:30.

A. There are two Master classes available on the Friday for ticket holders to attend. Pre-booking is necessary due to a max of 60 participants and a link with information on how to book will be sent out to attendees in August.

The event officially starts on Saturday morning with a welcome meeting for all attendees, speakers and vendors at 09:00 sharp.
The event will wrap up on Sunday afternoon at 15:00.
A. No! Although workshops on the gym floor must be pre-booked due to limited capacity, the seminars (Seminar Room 1 & 2 and Vendor Village Stage) do not need to be pre-booked.
Your event ticket includes entrance to all seminars throughout the weekend.
A. Workshops are listed under Rogue Gym Arena and Action Lane on the event schedule.
All of these must be pre-booked due to limited capacity and will open three weeks prior to the event.
Attendees will be notified of the booking launch date via the event app, WhatsApp, and email.

A. Yes, you must pay 20% VAT on tickets for events (concerts, conferences, exhibitions) physically held in the UK, regardless of where you live or if you are a business or individual. The VAT is included in the ticket price.
A. An invoice is automatically generated with each registration. The purchaser of the ticket will receive an email with a link to download the invoice.

A. CrossFit Continuing Education Units (CEUs): 11 CEU points are awarded per Coaches Congress event attended to coaches with an L2 or above.
To receive certification, attendees must check in and participate on both days of the event.
Speak to a team member on the Sunday to add your full name and email to the list.
You will receive a digital certificate and schedule.
