Dave Durante is a multiple time USA gymnastics national champion and was part of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Team. After retiring from competition, Dave helped coach his alma mater, Stanford University, to an NCAA Team Title in 2009.
Dave was a lead instructor for CrossFit Gymnastics and developed the CrossFit Advanced Gymnastics Course. In 2012, Dave started collaborating on the Power Monkey Fitness brand and also co-founded Power Monkey Camp which is dedicated to bringing movement education and community to the fitness world.
Gymnastics is a life passion and his goal is to bring proper gymnastics understanding, technique, and progressions to people all over the world no matter their background or level of skill.
