He has been one of the coaching pillars of Team Power Monkey since their inaugural Camp in 2013. <br>The Power Monkey Method is one that allows for the path of movement virtuosity to be one traveled by everyone eager to safely learn and strive to be their best. This is a method that you will see clearly in Mike&#8217;s teaching demeanour and delivery!<br><br>Mike graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Education and Graduate Course studies in Counselling and Leadership, and has used this to fully immerse in the movement education scene within weightlifting and functional fitness since 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His Olympic weightlifting credits include the 2011 American Open Championship, 2012 Pan Am &amp; Olympic Qualification Teams and he\u2019s a 5 Time USA National Medalist in the 77kg weight category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you will learn from Power Monkey<\/strong>: <strong>The Snatch<\/strong><br>You&#8217;ll be taken through a step-by-step discussion and application for mobility requirements, positional awareness and corresponding drill work.
