Pulling from her background in Education and physiotherapy she juggles managing a thriving CrossFit affiliate (CrossFit Wonderland) and coaching elite CrossFit athlete Jeffrey Adler. She is the first female coach to win the CrossFit Games (23\u2019) and back to back Rogue Invitational (24\u2019 ,25\u2019) champion.
