But real performance\u2014whether on the competition floor or in high-pressure environments\u2014comes down to your ability to execute when your heart rate is maxed, your breathing is uncontrolled, and fatigue is setting in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Coaches Congress Madrid, Josh Bridges\u2014CrossFit Games athlete and Navy SEAL veteran\u2014will lead a 45-minute live ErgShoot workshop in the Action Lane. This is a fully immersive, high-intensity session where athletes and coaches will experience what it means to perform under real pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the core of the session is a Fight Gone Bad\u2013style ErgShoot workout, where athletes rotate through 1-minute stations across cardio, gymnastics, weightlifting, and shooting.
