After coaching hundreds of athletes with disabilities and guiding gyms and organizations in launching adaptive programs, Damon has become one of the leading voices in adaptive and inclusive fitness. His background as a CSCS, professional MMA fighter, and Jiu-Jitsu black belt fuels his coaching philosophy, but his lived experience with the rare disease CAH gives him a personal mission: creating spaces where every athlete can belong.
