“Data-driven programming: how to use science for new PR’s.“
We will show you how to extract relevant information from scientific publications and take your programming to the next level.
What you will learn:
Learn how to find and interpret evidence-based data in today’s world of misinformation. After our lecture you will have a clear understanding of how to use applied sports science to your advantage.
Workshop: Classic and emerging technologies for performance testing.
In our practical workshop, we will show you how to use classic technologies like lactate testing and more recent technologies like near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) to measure exercise performance. After our workshop you will have a good understanding of how to obtain tangible data for yourself or your clients, using the aforementioned techniques and reproducible performance tests.
