Mariah is a mechanical engineer and biomechanics specialist with an MSc in Sports Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Currently a PhD candidate at KTH, her research centers on field-based technologies for out-of-the-lab biomechanical measurements in functional fitness. A group training coach since 2021, Mariah holds a CrossFit L2, HYROX L1, Burgener L1, and TGC L1. Driven by a passion for integrating biomechanics and technology into effective coaching, she co-founded WODMotions, the first wearable solution designed for functional fitness.
