Fredrik will give two lectures<\/strong>. One in which you will learn about the chain reaction that constitutes the movement of running, which provides a good basis for both teaching effective running technique and understanding why so many people find it difficult to follow technical tips in a good and relaxed way.     Running technique specialist, Fredrik Zill\u00e9n, has helped thousands of runners run more efficiently and avoid and\/or recover from injuries, from the slowest beginners to runners in the Swedish national team who have won Swedish championships, broken Swedish records and competed in the World Championships and the Olympics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
