HYROX is a competitive fitness event that combines endurance sports and functional fitness exercises. Participants compete in pairs and complete eight different workouts, each focusing on a different area of fitness, such as running, rowing, burpees, and wall balls. The workouts are designed to challenge athletes both physically and mentally, and the event is designed to be accessible to people of all fitness levels. The goal of the event is to push participants to their limits and provide a fun, competitive atmosphere for fitness enthusiasts.
If you want to get a taste of HYROX, join us and perform the Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T), that will give you a good understanding of your HYROX Level and what to train for.
