Olympic lifting with kettlebells can be used to target mobility and stability as a complement to barbell lifting. Training inspired by kettlebell sport improves cardio and endurance strenght at the same time.
This workshop teaches technique from kettlebellsport. First and foremost energy efficient olympic lifts with one Kettlebell in one hand, some about Two-hand swings and talk about how kettlebells can be used as a tool for crossfit and functional training.
