Arriving to, and transport in Madrid
By airplane to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD). The airport is directly behind the hotel making it very convenient for travel. There is a shuttle service available every hour from various terminals to the hotel.
From central Madrid, there are several busses that depart from Intercambiador De Avenida America that stop directly outside of the hotel, including line 224, 226 and 281. The stop is called Ctra A2-Hotel stop.
PARKING – Free for hotel residence or 10 euro per day for non-residence. There is a large parking lot underneath the hotel and no reservation is needed.

The event will be located in this fantastic hotel that is conveniently located between the international airport (MAD) and the city centre. The Congress and all meals will be here.

Our vendors and attendees can reserve rooms at a special rate from 170 euro per night which includes a buffet breakfast.
Lunch - Saturday & Sunday
Lunch is included in the event ticket. A buffet will be served inside of the event hall at the venue. Special diets can be catered to if we are given prior notice of 14 days.
Saturday Night Dinner Party!
Our Saturday Night Dinner will take place in the Madrid Restaurant at the venue. Enjoy an evening with new and old friends to chat about business, life and all things in between.
This yearly event is always extremely popular and is NOT included in the entrance fee, so book your seat together with your entrance ticket!
