Meals during the event weekend
- Lunch is included as part of your ticket on Saturday and Sunday. Email: info@coachescongress.com to let us know of any food allergies you have. Drinks are not included.

By car:
From M25, exit at J12 onto M3. This becomes the A316, and Allianz Stadium, Twickenham is off the Whitton Road roundabout next to the Lexus / Toyota car dealership. From London, turn right off the A316 at Whitton Road roundabout.
Parking:
Parking at the stadium on a match day must be pre-booked and can be purchased via the official ticketing site HERE.
By tube or train:
Twickenham Rail Station – 10 min walk
By bus:
281 route – 1 min walk (subject to diversions once the road closures are implemented on a match day)
481 route – 1 min walk (subject to diversions once the road closures are implemented on a match day)

A. There is ample parking on site however there is a large event just before ours. We therefore recommend that you reserve parking space. Book your parking spot HERE!

A. Your ticket will arrive by email, so double check that your details are correct when entering them.
A. Pre-registration is only to allow you to get the best discount: 60%. The pre-registration is NOT a valid ticket to enter the event. You need to pay for the ticket online.
If you are having a problem to pay for the tickets in the check out, there can be several reason for this.
A failed or declined ticket purchase can be a result of:
- The billing postcode does not match the postcode registered to the card.
- There is not enough money in the bank account.
- The wrong card details were entered (card number, CVV number, or the expiry date).
- Name entered as main booking person, does not match what is on the card.
- Too many attempts to buy a ticket in a short period of time. You may need to wait a 24 hour period before trying again.

A. Lunch is included for the two days of the event for anyone that buys a ticket for the event.
The Saturday night dinner ticket is available for purchase alongside the event ticket. There will only be 200 spots, so don’t wait to book your place!
A. If you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else, provided that we are notified by email in advance: london@coachescongress.com
Should we not receive notification, the ticket will not be valid.
No refunds are provided.

A. In the event that we are forced to cancel the event, your ticket will be refunded.
A. If you are not staying at the hotel, or a nearby hotel, you can pay to enter the Wellness Area at the Radisson. There you will find a gym, pool and showers.
A. There are no lockers, but there is a cloakroom where bags, suitcases, backpacks, and jackets can be stored.
The cloakroom will not be supervised at all times, so keeping your belongings there is at your own risk.
A. If you contact the team (london@coachescongress.com) and let them know of any help you need whilst at the event, we’ll be sure to take care of your needs.
A. All attendees will receive an email from our team with the exact dates and how to book approximately four weeks ahead of the event.
You may not book more than yourself on any workshop.
A. An early check-in will be open in the Radisson Hotel lobby from 18:00 to 21:00 on Friday, October 3rd.
Look for our team in CC clothing.
Normal event check-in will be from 7:30 to 09:00 on Saturday, October 4th.
NOTE: As there will be a rugby match on during the Saturday, security will be in place to go through your bags. Come early to avoid line ups.

A. We officially start the event on Saturday morning with a welcome meeting for all attendees, speakers and vendors at 09:00 sharp.
The event will wrap up on Sunday afternoon at 15:30.
A. Come prepared for the event with notepads and pens, a computer or tablet, or other note taking devices. As well, come prepared to do your workouts. Although a drink provider will be onsite, it is always good to bring a water bottle.
