More about Gretchen:
Gretchen Kittelberger is the founder and President of the International Functional Fitness Federation. After her NCAA gymnastics career, she discovered CrossFit®, went all-in, and competed at the CrossFit Games four times as an individual from 2011–2014, including a regional win in 2014.
She later joined CrossFit, LLC as in-house legal counsel, and in 2016 launched the iF3 to build a true governance structure for the sport with the long-term goal of Olympic inclusion. Today she continues to lead the iF3 while working as an in-house attorney in the education technology sector.
