Fredrik is a running technique specialist who has coached Olympic and World Championship running finalists, World and Swedish Championship medallists, Swedish record holders, and national team members in running and triathlon. He has conducted around 10,000 tests with 3D cameras on runners’ energy efficiency, how they load their joints, etc.

Fredrik is responsible for everything regarding biomechanics for runners in the worldwide coaching education program for HYROX coaches. 

He understands the particular challenges that come with teaching efficient running technique to people who train at the gym, and/or compete in Crossfit, something that he will address in his lecture.
