I understand that my participation in exercise programmes, classes, training, events, and any related physical activity conducted by a coach or otherwise at any Coaches Congress event is voluntary and at my own risk.
I am aware that exercise can be physically stressful and, in certain instances, may result in injury or death. The levels of exercise that I participate in will be at my own pace, based upon my cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, movement capabilities, and endurance levels. I hereby state that I will inform Coaches Congress Scandinavia AB of any symptoms (including pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any concern for my own safety) during my participation in exercise. If I am taking any prescribed medications in relation to a health condition that could affect my performance, I will inform Coaches Congress Scandinavia AB prior to participating in any form of exercise.
I understand that I will be given instructions on how to perform an exercise and the use of equipment and will ask for assistance if needed prior to starting such exercise. No coach, instructor, speaker, event partner, or other representative at any Coaches Congress event shall be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in training, exercise, or other physical activities, to the extent permitted by applicable law. It is agreed that Coaches Congress Scandinavia AB shall not be responsible or liable to me for articles lost, stolen, or damaged whilst attending or participating in any Coaches Congress event.
Where a ticket or booking is purchased by one person on behalf of one or more other attendees, the person making the booking confirms and declares that they are authorised to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all persons included in the booking.
By submitting the booking, the person making the booking agrees that this liability release is automatically extended to and accepted by all persons included in the booking, whether or not they personally completed the booking form.
All persons included in the booking, including any person subsequently replacing an original attendee as a result of a permitted name change or transfer, are deemed to have agreed to and accepted this liability release and its terms as a condition of attending any Coaches Congress event.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all persons included in the booking are made aware of and agree to these terms before attending the event.
