Erin is a Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 3 Coach, and Active Life Professional based in Hammarby Sjöstad, Sweden. Originally from the United States and educated as a music teacher, she has worked full-time in fitness and personal training since 2020 and currently coaches at CrossFit Solid in Stockholm. With a background in both training and competing in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting since 2015, Erin specializes in helping individuals overcome pain, build strength, and achieve long-term fitness and lifestyle goals.
