Most people know Rich Froning for his four individual CrossFit championships and six Affiliate Cup championships, earning him the title, “Fittest in history.” Those who know him personally recognize that the values he ascribes to his business – faith, family, fitness, and service – are a true reflection of Rich Froning the person.
Rich loves spending time with his wife Hillary, and 3 kids, Lakelyn, Trice and Violet. If he’s not with them or working out, he’s probably outdoors hunting, mountain biking or doing something fun.
Rich has owned and helped run his affiliate CrossFit Mayhem since its inception in 2010. He believes in the power of community, coaching, and fitness to change lives locally and abroad. He hopes everyone can experience being in a transformational group of people like our “Mayhem Family.”
