Mads was the first Scandinavian to take a CrossFit Level 1 course. He was also the first to be a CF seminar staff, as well as a CrossFit regional director and head of sports marketing for Reebok – during their partnership with CrossFit.
Mads founded CrossFit Nordic in Stockholm, and has coached individual and team athletes on all levels. For many years he has been an expert commentator at CF events all over the world.
